How do you find the value of an error coin?

The six and the zero don't look the same. How could that be ?

I agree. I’m not aware of any mint process that would cause a 1960 US quarter to have denticles.

 

That is a fake. looks way to "bumpy" to be real. walk away from that.

 

So much about it looks wrong. Especially the letters and numbers.

Some are better than others. Error coin collectors could advise you of which books are better. Ask @paddyman98; @JCro57; @Fred Weinberg; et al.

Its just sitting on a shelf with some ancients in a booth at an antique mall.

 

Vess1 leave it there! It's a "Chinese fake Knockoff" worth about $1.00 at best as a keychain fob for conversation.
