Proof of this is in the existance of the 1974D and 1977D IKEs minted on 40% Silver Planchets. For the listing of the OP, the poor scans do not show what most would refer to as a Proof Like coin but for whatever reason, the lister chose that term. No, the coin won't sell but it certainly is not "unique" in the misattribution of descriptive numismatic terms for incorrectly describing a coin which the lister simply does not have the skill nor knowledge to use correctly.[/QUOTE]
