Because it has already happened, several times. The biggest scam artist there ever was on ebay, abon.com, had over 100,000 positive feedbacks - and he was just one of them !</p><p><br /></p><p>The point I'm trying to make folks is that before feedback can have any meaning - the person leaving it has to know what they are talking about !
