Each of these shades is unnatural compared to what you should see. You didn't need to tell me that you had AT'd that coin, I would have instantly guessed it. The colors are just wrong. </p><p><br /></p><p>Compare those to the shades on the Peace. I've seen those shades on naturally toned Peace dollars before. Peace dollars don't tone the same way as Morgans - I would expect a bag toned Morgan to have more vibrant colors (not like the AT'd piece you showed, but different than the Peace). Peace dollars more often have pastel colors like the piece you posted - if I were to see a Peace with vibrant colors like a Morgan, I would tend to suspect that it was AT.
