Thank you! I'm honestly someone who doesn't know a single VAM variety, but I do know die cracks when I see 'em. They're a feature that I like about a coin, as one little die can get damaged and create awesome defects on the coin. I've even got a 1964 quarter with a die crack that looks like the eagle is holding a thin banner.
Your very welcome! I'm one of those VAM Pukes. Dude, if you like cracks and a lot of chaos on a coin. Check this out. 21-D Die Crack Break Guide - VAMWorld (ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com) Sorry Mr. Picken & Grinnin, didn't mean to commandeer your post Still at 64ish
Well, done Jay. Nailed that one. The double clash isn't present and I can't find the M above God. You get that virtual pat on the back.
Holy cow, 1B1 and 1B2, what on Earth? It looks like someone tried to purposely crack the dies and make this! Man, how I'd like to own that one!
I think that toning would warrant the +grade, but that's just my opinion. Regardless, that's definitely a beautiful coin no matter how you shake it. Have yourself a great Easter weekend!
