.Silver 1992-S thru 2018-S Proof Washington quarters. Raw at a little under $5.00 each average or Certified 68/69 at a little under $16.00 each average. Which would you go for?

I'd rather have 3 raw for the price of one graded.

I would buy one certified and the rest raw.

I'd pick raw and maybe also buy your home state (or favorite state) in a graded holder.

If you watch auctions or buy-it-nows, there can be an opportunity to buy entire (raw) year sets of the State and ATB Silver Quarters for $15-$25 (5 coins in the original packaging...these are available starting with the 2004 set...earlier years might be available with just the lens if sellers break up the full silver proof sets; also note that the 2009 set has 6 coins and that some years have a premium).
