While I don't know the situation the two people involved in the transaction actually had as we only have one side of the story... The facts, opinions and speculation of the case as I see it... I beleive the Seller was well intentioned and would have satisfied his customer if given the chance. I have interacted with this seller before on other threads of this forum and he is a very genuine and likeable guy. I have concerns about how he sold a bunch of $1.00 coins and then started dropping the bomb shells (pricey coins).... (That was discussed on a different thread by this seller as feedback manipulation) The buyer is an experienced ebayer with an established track record. The buyer routinely buys coins The buyer has left over 200 positive feedbacks for his sellers, most praising honesty and accurate descriptions... And he has Only left 2 Negs (one for a bottle of fake perfume by calvin klein) and one for DJ and his "overgraded" Morgan... My opinion and pure speculation... I'll bet my peanuts against your walnuts that the buyer got a little mad, instantly emailed the seller with threats and accusations... The Seller gets defensive and mad, probally gets a little unprofessional in his reply... Both nuts are cracked at this point and file negs on eachother... Morale of the story... When you have a problem, be kind, courteous, and pleasant and maintain professionalism at all times despite emotions. Give sellers the chance to make it right. Avoid threats like "Send me a refund or I'll neg you" Calmly and politely state your case for why you are unsatisfied, state, your expected resolution, thank them in advance for their prompt attention to this problem yadayadayada... if they don't reply, make it right or otherwise try to remedy the problem... well then... thats a different story... Just my nickels worth....
