papertowel yes...... wipe it off. NO! you will disturb the fibers in the paper by wiping a wet note. put it on the paper towel, fold the paper towel over the note so both the front and back are covered and "blot" the extra water away. you can also put a heavy book on the paper towel, come back in an hour or two and the process should be complete. if the note is still wet, let it sit longer. hope this helps oh and.........
