I don't believe it is PMD because I don't see any other marks where the coin could have been secured when cut/clipped, plus it looks pretty natural and matches the general surfaces of the rest of the edge of the coin.</p><p><br /></p><p>I would guess a strong VF, and it looks even better in-hand than it does in the photos.
