Hey there, just came across this strange-looking partial wheat set in a random coin lot that I purchased. It seems like only half of the wheat cent is present. What should be the obverse side is completely hollow. I'm totally confused. Any help would be appreciated.

It was machined, hollowed out after It left the mint.
Half of a discarded magicians coin.
Not a mint error of any kind.
