As a bidder in 3 of Jack's pulled auctions, I have no problem with him doing this. My auction actions is against the other bidders and not the seller. I had put in one bid to hold a place well under what I figured it would end. I am also a last second type of person. But any auction is a balance between buyer and seller, and each has their rights, so as long as it is ebay's rules, there are many more things to get upset about than a cancelled auction or three Jim
Jack - I see this as a no brainer. It is simply a risk management issue, not an ethical one, IMHO. You pulled well before the auction ended and will relist them. No big deal and a smart business decision.
