What are your plans for it? Attribution perhaps? I would want to make sure it's the real deal. wink.png

Wow, good luck! I dunno if any Lincoln cent would be a "holy grail" for me, but I can see why you're excited. A circulation find, you say? Well, then yeah, if it turns out to be genuine, I suppose you could call it a "holy grail" amongst circulation finds. Neato!

Do keep us updated on the authentication and/or grading...

If it’s authentic. Disclosure will follow. General location and condition is all I can state at this time. Phoenix area; Raw coin.

A better reply would Phoenix area-Raw coin. Questionable circulation after researching find info. I apologize after reviewing this thread; my disclosures could easily be misinterpreted.

Most of my circulation finds are booger ridden zincolns. Great find, i hope it's authentic. Sure looks it to my untrained eye.

Incredible find, Beth!! I think it’s legit from the RDV markers.

    Jackpot!!

I hope it's authentic, too -- because I'm hoping you've hit the jackpot, of course, but also because if it were fake it would be super-scary. If the counterfeiters are getting those reverse die marks right... :nailbiting:

I'm going to keep the 56 D/D. It is my favorite Lincoln.

I’d think this Lincoln could give that ‘56-D RPM a little competition there. :)
