here's my take on why this is bad. noting that there are several "collector" coins in the seat, i worry that once the owner of this seat passes on (no pun intended), the next owner and/or spouse will simply look at the seat as a novelty containing a few dollars in change and simply disgard it when remodeling. in the landfill goes the Buffalo nickels and the Peace dollar, never more to be collected, only buried in a mountain of garbage. that is what is wrong with the seat set. -Steve

Yeah, if it's not new, I don't think I'd say anything about condition as... you really don't want to know. Even, "no cracks" leads to unpleasent thoughts. Just don't say anything.
