Hi,
Is the note 1990 or 1995?
It is Yemen 20 rials.

 

It looks like this note was issued in 1995. Other denominations from the same series are from 1990.

 

I googled “arabic numerals”…came up with 2 and zero in each corner and
01 (dot) 3 (dot) 2. The small numbers to the left of this: the top is indistinct for me, the bottom numbers appear to be a 3 and an 8. I don’t see any 9 or 5 on the note…I am still checking another site…Spark

 

The serial is 510302. It's easy to mix up an Arabic 5 and a western 0.

 

Yes…you are right. I went back to the chart I found and found I missed the symbol for the 5…and I caught the dot for zero on the corners, I have no excuse for missing it on the serial number.
