Those are two of my favorite crowns, not just from Poland, but from anywhere. The complete abscence of legends on the obverse provide for a truly impressive design, one that the US Mint could learn something from as they squeeze WAY to much verbaige into the designs.
You can add me to the list. Interested in coins being struck by sovereign Poland, as well as by the occupants.
I find myself interested in the 3% - 5% that remain uncleaned, unwiped, unpolished, etc. (Second Republic, mostly). The rest do not interest me. As a result, the hunt remains difficult, but rewarding. Especially when I rescue one before yet another talented "numismatist" takes a brush to it.
ive been looking for 1900's large, or silver polish coins for my collection. at all the shops i go to locally it is very hard to find any. i only have one polish coin in my collection, and would love to get some more.
