Hey everybody fill in the blank! This is a game I made up called "Guess What"!

Oh yeah and low serial #'s are serial #'s that contain 4 or less digits: 00001234. Some of these are VERY rare. Althrough I myself am not a collector of them, you also have high serial #'s. I guess these are only from uncut sheets and they are collectible if the first 4 digits of the serial # is 9599 or higher, because these are not released into general circulation, they are sold by the BEP money store online to collectors. I love low serial #'s because the look cool and you know that very limited were made but I have yet to get a 'high serial'.
