All I see there is an extension of time to file initial appellate brief. Why is that relevant? Normally an Appellate court (at least in Florida) grants 2 extensions automatically to the deadline for filing briefs as a matter of course with the submission of a motion for extension of time.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
