I paid the early bird fee of $100 which got me in 6 hours today (without the public), and gets me in an hour early tomorrow. I spent about $1900 on these. Several are cherrypicks. The 1800 cent is a 1800/79. The 1892 barber quarter is a doubled die obverse, the 67 with rays nickel is a boldly RPD, etc. I also flipped a bust half for a $125 profit. It was a fun day! Plus dinner was FREE courtesy of Heritage. On the menu tonight was chicken tenderloin ceasar salad, rolls, and beef tenderloin.
Those 1868 and 1877 halves look awesome, each deserve a nice photo. I see a Coin Shop Biloxi label... I made my best purchase ever from them on eBay. A ~$490 item for $40.
And that ANACS Kennedy half. 1966 doubled die obverse and reverse. I have no idea what it's worth, but it was $8 so I couldn't resist.
No idea. They made it up. Just like they do with the PCGS price guide. Or maybe that was a typo by me...
Glad you asked as being in the food business over 51 years the chicken tenderloin is that long finger like piece of meat on the back side of the breast, just like the tenderloin on a cow or pig!
The other shield nickel: 1867 no rays, also has a RPD, but not as dramatic as the anacs xf45 with rays one.
I live north of the cheddar curtain and will be driving down to the show in 15 minutes. Hope I can find some deals as well.
