    Hi All,
    My uncle passed and left us with a tremendous collection. I know nothing about coins :(
    I have a coin and on the envelope it says , 2 Pes Spain 1869 Y59 F. Can someone translate the Y59 F for me? TIA

    The Y59 might refer to a catalog number or an organization system your uncle used. While the F you speak of refers to coin's grade or overall condition.

    I once had one of these coins for about a day due to a eBay seller's mistake. Sent it back to the seller and got the coin I originally ordered plus a full refund.
