Help with this Flying Eagle Cent... die clash?

What is going on with this Flying Eagle cent, over between 2 and 4 o'clock?

Looks like a clash. You can see it out of the wing and in america

That one is very nice Doug. That's a clash with a 1857 Seated Liberty Half. The area you see is lady Liberty's right arm.
