A little too involved. Go with 1, 4,5,and 6 and the first coin does not get bent until 5. Also when the two coins get struck together at 5 the coin sticking out of the coining chamber pushes down the collar allowing the bottom coin to be a partial collar strike on the right hand side. This is seen in the OP photo as well.
