Discussion in 'Error Coins' started by Bigbluemax2017, Feb 18, 2019.

  1. I just grabbed a box of nickels to go through and came across this 1986 p with the error on the the reverse. Could I please get some opinions and what something like this might be worth I would really appreciate it?

Looks like it could be dry adhesive

  4. I feel real stupid, you're absolutely correct, it is and was some kind of dry adhesive because I took my nail and pushed on it and the whole thing came off. At first glance it looked like an error as if the metal was indented but turns out there was no error after all. Thanks for the reply and sorry if I wasted anyone's time. I'll make sure to double check before posting something again.
