IMO, It Looks like a minor lamination/planchet defect, but small enough so it doesn't add extra value. The mm took a hit, so its PMD, not an RPM
I believe the obverse is a very minor strike through, and an even less lamination. The reverse is just VLDS Very Late Die Strike. I personally would throw it back.
I don't believe it to be. If you look at the 2nd pic you can see the west part of the lower MM took a hit. That suggests to me PMD.
I don't think any nickels have inverted mms. It looks normal to me. I agree on planchet defect. Minor delamination.
