Acetone can be gotten from a paint or hardware store.
    It's inexpensive.
Just read the label and DEFINITELY follow the safety instructions.

    Get some distilled water too.
Use it to THOROUGHLY rinse your coins (several times) after using acetone.
Then PAT dry with a soft, lintless cotton cloth.
True distilled water and correct drying will not cause spotting.

    They are silver.

Sorry Spock, but unless they are rare dates, keep your money.

You can't unring a bell, or unclean a coin.

The black and green spots, corrosion and pvc, can be removed by NCS. The scratches cannot, and if the cleaning done previously has altered the original surfaces, they cannot be restored by anyone. NCS can only uncover or "reveal" the actual (current) surface of the coin, whether it's original or changed through chemicals or abrasives.

With regard to slabbing, each person has their own tolerance level, i.e., value vs. cost.
A quick check indicates to me that even if those coins are not cleaned, in many cases you'll spend more getting them slabbed than they are worth.
I personally use the cost of 10% or less.
In other words the cost of slabbing must be 10% or less of my perceived value of the coin.

except for the 1917 all of these coins are worth 3 figures at least many more than 200. if you looked at KM for their values you could not be more off

Looks to be some nice doubling on the rev of the 22. It's a shame someone screwed with those beauties :(
