Help with struck through

    Bought some nice world coins this weekend and found one I think is a strike through. It’s an Italian 1938 10 Centesimi. I’ve included some regular pic’s and then some taken through a microscope. The fact the V and the I letters appear under the divot really makes me think strike through but open to any thoughts on it.

    I believe it is a struck-through debris, since you can see the I's impression in the crater, pretty cool foreign error.
