Help with miscut, misaligned and misprinted 1985 $1

    So if I’m tracking this conversation properly, we now believe that this note WAS NOT cut out of an uncut sheet, post BEP? Is that correct?

    You are lucky to have this note. Good find. Shame about the holes though.

    If anyone is interested I paid $50 for the notes. I thought it was reasonable but probably not a steal. Still no idea on market value.

    I think that was a good price for the error and condition.

    If I were to guess on value, uncirculated the note would probably go for south of $150. If it were a star note then around $250-$300. Even with drastic errors condition is priority.
