    Yes, Diocletian. You can read IMP C VAL DIOCL... on the obverse. The reverse is Jupiter, IOVI CONS...

    As for additional details, I don't know but maybe one of our tetrarchy enthusiasts can say more :)

    I think I pinned it down to RIC 51
