Help with Chinese Year/Date

    I had this coin laying around. Can I get some help with the date/year please.

    Sorry.....Japanese! I need sleep!

    I think 1893 (Year 26) .800 fine .070 troy $3.00 USD. Pretty beat up.

    1887, Year 20. Character for 'Two' and then 'Ten' means 'Two Tens', or Twenty.
    Coin is actually not so bad. A picture of the reverse would be nice.

    I think it's Meiji Year 26. It says, from the twelve o'clock to four o'clock positions in this photo (read it right to left, like Arabic): "Meiji, two, ten, six, year".

    If you look it up on Numista.com, they show the original text alongside the translations. Used it to decipher some Japanese coins.
