I found this coin with a lot of uncleaned Roman coins from Serbia. Any help IDing it would be appreciated. I included a picture of it early in the cleaning process if that helps. I still have a little more cleaning to do, but it is coming along nicely. It looks like raw orichalcum, but I don't see many pictures of Roman coins this exact color It is only 18mm, but it weighs 4.2g.
The reverse type is Hygieia. The final part of the inscription is ΔΙC ΝΕΩΚΟΡΩΝ, referring to the city's status as having two neocorates. Perinthus in Thrace had inscriptions reading ΔΙC ΝΕΩΚΟΡΩΝ.
They call these coins Roman provincials. Local issues from Greek-speaking areas within the empire. I think it is bronze, not orichalcum.
