Help with a 1913 Type 1 Buffalo nickel

    I'm looking at this coin and wondering if it was chemically treated as the surface looks unusual. Also, is the doubling of the top of his head to the feathers mechanical doubling? I think I also see a die break on the reverse from the edge to the F in FIVE. Opinions? Grade? Value?

    Looks like a worn out die. It could go ms. I dont see any sign of rub. Nice coin
