Help with a 1901A Prussia 2 Marks - proof or just highly reflective?

Hi all - first post here and I was hoping maybe someone could share some information with me about how to definitely determine whether or not a German Empire coin is a proof. I have this 1901A Prussia 2 Mark coin which stands out to me among my other German Empire stuff because of it's highly reflective fields in comparison to the raised portions of the coin. Other than a feature like that, what would one be looking for to make the determination if it was struck as a proof or not?

Hard to tell on the video but it looks like a proof or a business strike using the old proof dies after the proof minting was completed.

Looks to me like an impaired proof.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Your bouncy video is giving me a headache.

I can't see the rims - are they sharp and square, or are they rounded?

I have seen these in prooflike condition before, but I'm not sure what yours is yet.
