I found this penny today while searching through some coins. It is probably a mechanical error. But I'm just learning and double dies are tough. I don't want to just throw it aside without asking. Can you take a look please?

Here is the 1969-S DD. It is very rare.

There is a whole world beyond "doubling". Honest there is.

Yours has some pretty drastic mechanical doubling. While not valuable, it was definitely worth asking about.

Keep asking questions and soon, you'll know the answers yourself :)

Nuh-uh! The only aspect of coin collecting is minuscule errors, YouTube told me.

That all depends on how shinny the penny or nickle is, right? Jeez, my computer won't even LET ME type "nickle" without bugging me about it. It now allows "shinny", though.
