I'm trying to pin down this 1684 6 Krajczar and can't seem to fully identify the type. The reverse is what is causing problems. I have found a couple examples from old auctions but they don't have attribution details.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm... He had quite a lot of titles: "Leopold I, by the grace of God elected Holy Roman Emperor, forever August, King of Germany, King of Hungary, King of Bohemia, Dalmatia, Croatia, Slavonia, Rama, Serbia, Galicia, Lodomeria, Cumania, Bulgaria, Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy, Brabant, Styria, Carinthia, Carniola, Margrave of Moravia, Duke of Luxemburg, of the Upper and Lower Silesia, of Württemberg and Teck, Prince of Swabia, Count of Habsburg, Tyrol, Kyburg and Gorizia, Landgrave of Alsace, Marquess of the Holy Roman Empire, Burgovia, the Enns, the Upper and Lower Lusatia, Lord of the Marquisate of Slavonia, of Port Naon and Salines, etc. etc."

I don't think it's a Hungarian issue. What coat of arms has 3 leopards/lions/whatever and a box with a cross? It's similar to the Bohemia 6 kreuzer, with the same double headed eagle, but that only has one big cat.
    I'll look around.

Edit: How about a 6 Kreuzer, Austrian regional, St. Veit?
Like this one. Same coat of arms. Duchy of Carinthia.
I think that's what the "CARIN" on the reverse refers to.
It's a Habsburg duchy of Slovenes now split between Slovenia and Austria.

Good idea about the St. Veit however, there is no circle around the eagle on the reverse on my coin and there is also no G S like there is in the photo linked in your post.
