From First glance the obverse looks like post mint damage ie.. it was the top coin of a roll and received a scrape all the way around as the roll was crimped, after a little circulation the machine marks could have faded and it is as it is now.. appears to be lacking detail around the edge... The next best guess would be struck through debris or grease, also very common.... I can&#039;t tell much about the reverse...anyway... Interesting find!!
