I dont think the company sells its products as being Mylar, i think the online sellers who sell the products bill it is being mylar. If they holders look &#039;oily&#039; in side, it might be condensation as i dont think anyone coats the holders with oil as it would certainly harm the notes.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
