Help required!!! 100 dollar 1928 gold reserve

the note is real. i would say its worth about the $100 face value. probably not much more because of the condition

light green seals bring between a 10-15% premium over face value,it also depends on the branch,serial number and condition,But I WOULD EASILY PAY 115$ For it without blinking an eye.I am pretty knowledgeable about notes & their prices.So for picking it up at 98$ is a good deal,assuming that there were some cash backs involved.most likely their was.I think it was a great buy,and should be properly stored,as they are getting more & more scarce to come by at any bank.it use to be easy to acquire at banks,along with $500 bills.
