Help please.

    Hello, could I get some help please. We found this Susan B Anthony and it has an odd blue hue to it. Is that mint error or is that what’s called toned? Does this have any collectable value? Kinda cool looking not sure what it is.

    I believe it's toned. The copper-nickel has reacted to chemicals in the air.
