    this coin belongs to my friend and he asked me to help him to indentify coin..l dont have to much time to go through constantine family coinage, so please, help us..

    These were part of the city commemorative series for Constantinople and Rome. It is the personification of Constantinopolis on the obverse.

    Here is a page on them... this type is listed towards the bottom.

    What might throw people off is that the helmet decoration loops around the scepter to make it look like a trident.

    Yes it is a commemorative type but I have not seen a scepter like that before, looks more like a trident. Perhaps i haven't looked hard enough? Very interesting! Here is mine
