Help please with Carthage coin.

    Thanks in advance! I was given this coin from Carthage by a friend and was hoping you guys/gals could help to identify it. I appreciate it!

    The Phoenicians built Carthage. Tanit is the Carthagian version of Astarte, just like Venus of Rome.

    Coins of Carthage come in several sizes so it would be best to give a diameter and weight when asking for an ID.

    The diameter is 1.5 cm approx. I don't have an accurate enough scale to give you the weight.
