I went out of my comfort zone last week and bought a coin where I know next to nothing. That's usually a bad idea, but I've always wanted one of these real pirate coins and the price seemed fair at only $55.
Can anyone give me any ideas on when this design was used, if it is in adequate condition....I'm assuming it probably was under water for a good bit of time given the surfaces. Anything would help and thank you in advance! DSCF9556.JPG DSCF9560.JPG DSCF9562.JPG

My apologies, as I know nothing of this subject, except that I've studied the history of Spain conquering modern day Mexico in depth. I cannot speak on authenticity, but I can say that I could not find a comparable price for such an item. I think it's a decent price for such an awesome piece of history.
