Front says &quot;The United States of America&#039;s Two Dollar Bicentennial Commemorative Bill&quot;, &quot;First Date of Issue-April 13, 1976&quot;. Within the case is a sealed 2 dollar bill from the Phildelphia FRB. Ser. # C08535694A. There is also a letter from the Franklin Mint stating that it is authentic and obtaine on the First day of the bill&#039;s release, etc. There is also a sealed certificate of authenticity.</p><p><br /></p><p>Finally, a Confederate States of America One ollar Bill in amazingly good shape considering its age.
