"A" looks Byzantine. But I guess you knew that.

    "C" looks Seleucid, as mentioned.

The rest? It's all Greek to me. ;)

    Sorry I'm not much help.

B Could be Kore on the obverse given what looks like wheat ears in her hair. Reverse is not Athena because she is not wearing a helmet or carrying a shield. Maybe Artemis for a wild guess?

"B" is similar to RHODES (guess)
    Obv: Head of Nerva (?)
Rev: Fem. figure holding Nike and sceptre

E is Odrysae! A rare city. Thank you @Ajax!

C is Antioch, Syria. Thank you @Topcat7! I'm still looking at Carteia for D.

Found B Thanks to @Theodosius! -Syracuse, Sicily, Roman Rule, c. 212 - 133 B.C. Head of Kore right, wreathed in stalks of grain; reverse “SURAKOSIWN”, Demeter standing left, torch in right, scepter in left.
