Do you think that's because the TPGS saw a very slight amount of wear on the coin?</p><p>2. Do you think the coin is actually an Uncirculated piece and the TPGS wished to lower its value rather than call it an MS-60? <span style="color: rgb(0, 89, 179)">IMO a MUCH better description of the actual condition/appearance/value of this coin.</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">3. Is this a grading error?
