Ok, you get one more post. I can see why you probably talk to a lot of attorneys. And yes, I know there are attorneys out there that will enable you to operate on a thin legal line, like it appears you do - hope it's worth all you make from it. The bottom line is most fall off that line someday and pay the price, then the attorney makes even more defending you.

As one middle son in one family, I expect this is when GrandMa comes in and slaps us all silly before dinner.

And NO, she has no intention of caring how may sons/grandsons she thinks she is in charge of or what YOU think is fair. It is best if we all calm down before dinner unless you want to go outside and get your chores done first, then clean up before dinner. Then a good time can be had by all.

Deception always has consequential obligations if you survive long enough to have your actions catch with you. When something REALLY bad happens lets hope we all can pull together.

    Let's roll~or pass doing nothing.

Ok, last one. Yeah too bad, based on your posts in here I wouldn't trust you with bhp3rd's user name.

Boy can you make something out of nothing. I have told you nothing about any of my eBay listings. Not one thing. And still you have me pegged as an eBay shyster. That is exactly what you have done to the lister in your original post. Oh, and, btw since you are so good on the law please tell me why I could not sue you for libel? Your innuendo is much more direct than anything in realdanscoins's listing.

FWIW, most of my sales have been through mesacoin.com. Try asking a few people around here what they thought of Jack and his store.

Thanks for the sane comments, they are appreciated.

You know, that 2008 Satin Finish Cent may be worth $45 some day, it being the lowest mintage of the entire Lincoln Memorial series, at only approximately 745,000 minted - but, not today.

Soups on. Wash up and enjoy being yourselves.

Oh~ & don't let His lawyer get one third while YOUR lawyer gets one third leaving you both two~turds short of what you want.

When I get reincarnated I intend to return as a well paid available pettyfogger so I can have far more than I can use and when I want your opinion I can charge you for what it is.:pencil:

You're gonna keep going, aren't you! Ask one of your attorneys why you can't sue me for libel. Probably because all I've said, based on your own comments in here, is it appears you believe ads like the seller's in question are ok, thus there's a possibility you could operate like he does and I wouldn’t risk doing business with a person like that. I didn't say you do operate like him, I have no idea how you operate, but yes, things you say can cast doubt one your integrity. The fact that you're defending a seller who posted a clearly deceptive ad would cause most to question your integrity.

You are doing well at not answering any questions. I asked in post #8 and #15 just what you were reporting him for. For all your yak, you still have not answered my questions. If this seller is actually doing something wrong, I want to know just what it is. "The fact that you're defending a seller....." - where? I keep asking just what is wrong, and you keep avoiding the answer. Your reading innuendo into his listing is not against any law I know of. If you know of one, please educate me.

"I didn't say you do operate like him" But you say "there's a possibility you could operate like he does". You think because you only say "there is a possibility", it removes the possibility of my suing you? Well, so far you are not even in the ball park. Try again.

Read the previous posts and look at his ad(s) to determine what's wrong with his ads. I have not avoided answering any questions about this seller, other than to refer the question of which statue(s) are violate to those that prosecute these issues. Like I said, we need to agree to disagree and let eBay determine if he's violated any rules. It's not for either of us to determine that, it's in eBay's hands.

Any fool can sue anyone, doesn't mean they'll win. You better believe there's a difference between saying someone does do something and saying there's a possibility they do it based on their own public statements.

In any case, like I said, this has become a fruitless argument, one I'm not willing to continue with you.

Yes you have. I asked what rule/law he violated. Your saying it is wrong does not make it so.

You actually got something right. BTW, I honestly think I have a shot at winning if I would actually sue.

I have heard that before, but............

Incidentally, eBay just pulled all my reports, so I guess you listing is gone. Right? OOPS, it is still there. I guess they agree with me, then.

statequarter you are taking on the small-time problems. While it is noble you try to remove the mis-leading sellers - take on the biggest fish of them all - Aboncom. Stop wasting your time on the small fish and go after this huckster. And maybe all the auctions which have sgs in the title. Lets see you get aboncom booted - who causes more problems for this hobby than the counterfeiters. Then once you get aboncom booted along with SGS slabs, you can work on original unsearched bank wrapped rolls, sellers using the term "rare" for common date coins, etc.

Personally - this auction and the aboncom auctions do not bother me. I only look and report the most glaring problems. I think eventually some people have to take responsibility for their own actions.

statequarterguy, sorry man but you only wish to argue and don't have a clue about most of what you have posted.
You are questing folks integrity because they won't agree with you?????
You really need to take a break and think this over.

Sure, go ahead and question my integrity next because I don't agree with you.

You should question my integrity after Larry's because I don't agree with you either. You seem to have a limited knowledge of numismatics and a very limited knowledge of rlm's reputation on this forum. The fact that you would attack his character simply because he does not agree with you speaks volumes about your own character.

Why don't you post the poll like Ben requested?
