LOL The people in here defending this clearly deceptive seller should learn to choose their battles. The battles one choose, reflects on their own integrity.

Exactly, you resemble exactly what you're saying and you don't even see it. Now go on with your family and have a nice day and I'm sure it will come to you soon. Maybe.

I was never defending this guy I felt we were just trying to corral your interpretation of of "such an injust sellers ad" - it just wasn't that bad esp. as compared to so many other eBay sellers ads or even Coin World ads. I think you just got obsessed with this and the rest of us were trying to point you into reality.

How long have you been in Numismatics? Just asking because it don't seem like it could have been that long. I mean this sincerly - you have to seperate the "wheat from the chaff" in all type buisneses. There are good ads, true ads, false ads, part true ads, sort of true ads - most of us take it all in stride.
There are large ads in Coin World each and every month, full page ads every month from dealers I would not buy one thing from - I did, Once and did not receive what I thought was a "good deal" - there are dealers in there good as gold also. This is true in every buisness - now I seen a lot of things in my life and this guy selleing a "no "P" lincoln is one of the least crooked things I've seen - what he says is incorrect knowledge (to Lincoln cent Specialists) but just a little, (if he even relized it) crooked. Really so little as to be tame in the grand scheme of things - just think about it?

There are probably several statutes that would apply in this case, which would require research to properly quote. At this point the time required isn't worth the effort. However, as a basis for considering the potential of any case, a preliminary analysis of the facts is done. With this case the facts point to an effort to profit from deception. So, I'll let eBay decide whether or not he's misrepresented his listing(s) and should it be escalated past eBay, I'll let the proper authorities decide which statutes to prosecute under.

Notice how he just avoids answering the question. I think he is also avoiding my posts now. If you avoid the problem, it goes away, right?

Talk about avoiding the question! Answer what name you're selling under on eBay.

You know, that 2008 Satin Finish Cent may be worth $45 some day, it being the lowest mintage of the entire Lincoln Memorial series, at only approximately 745,000 minted - but, not today.

Again, Why? I quoted the rule you were breaking. You cannot/will not even guess what rule/law your seller is breaking.

Please, just move on, we're not going to agree, so drop it, find another forum. And, the response you got above, would be the response you'd get from any reputable attorney.

How old are you? You know I'm busy with the family today, so it's not that I'm avoiding questions. But, as I've stated, I'm done debating this issue with you. Some people's ethics are so twisted, they'll never understand the issue, so, yes, truly, I'm done replying to your posts.

I'll tell you, your comments in here and your unwillingness to post the name you're selling under on eBay says volumes about you. Should I ever inadvertently bid on one of your items, please cancel my bid.
