    Generic rounds or ASE?

Purpose: Investing, not collecting. Buying about 3-4 rounds.

    ASE:

    Pros:

    Collectible.
    Can easily sell.

    Cons:
    Higher Premiums.

    Generic Silver Rounds:

    Pros:
    Cheaper

    Cons:
    Possibly harder to sell.

    Thing is...

Generic silver can be had for a low premium, generally you cannot sell it for a premium (usually).

ASE has a higher premium, but question is...can the premium be given back if it's time to sell?

Also, If I buy ASE, I'm thinking of putting them in paper envelopes so they tone. Not to make a profit on (takes years to tone), but to have slabbed if they do tone 5-20 years from now.

If i were you, at your age, I would invest in a college education, or learn a trade.

I knew this was going to happen. He is simply asking which to buy. I don't see why people feel the need to tell him how to live his life. This is a bullion forum not a life skills class. 1st post and already hijacked.

He is asking for investment advice. I think investing in ones self is the best you can do.

He's asking about which type if silver bullion to invest in. He's not asking about investing in other areas.

First off you quote is disturbing. 2nd he was simply discussing generic rounds in that thread. Now he is asking which to buy.
