Help identifying what caused this

I saw a lighter mint mark then turned it over and saw a raised line above the bottom of the wheat.
Looking for help identifying error or damage.

You got a partial die chip in the 9.

 

There is a scrape along the left side of that "line". The scrape pushed up a ridge of metal creating the "line".
