Help identifying Legend/Inscription on rare RPC from Halicarnassus depicting Herodotus

    I recently went down a rabbit hole on this coin type and came across one with a weird inscription that I cannot make sense of… on the Rev. (according to RPC Online) it says “ARCEMIA”, any thoughts or ideas what it could mean?

    Obv. Inscription: ΑΥΤΟ ΚΑΙ ΝΕΡΒΑϹ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟϹ ΓΕ ΔΑ (Αὐτο(κράτωρ) Καῖ(σαρ) Νέρβας Τραϊανὸς Γε(ρμανικὸς) Δα(κικός))

    Translation: Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Germanicus Dacicus

    Rev.:- bearded and draped bust of Herodotus (r.)

    Rev. Inscription: ΑΛΙΚΑΡΝΑϹΕΩΝ ΗΡΟΔΟΤΟϹ ΑΡϹΕΜΙΑ (Ἁλικαρνασέων Ἡρόδοτος ΑΡΣΕΜΙΑἉλικαρνασέων Ἡρόδοτος ΑΡΣΕΜΙΑ)

    Translation: of the Halicarnassians, Herodotus, ARSEMIA(?)
