Probably medieval France. Need to post the other side
Roberts - Silver Coins of Medieval France 476-1610; #9070 Strasbourg Kreuzer (2 Derniers), 15th-16th century Obv = GLA IN EXCELS DO. Rev = MONETA ARGENS. The lettering on your coin is close, but it says there are variations.
Funny how easy it is to read medieval lettering after you've seen it written in modern font
