    Clad layering problem. It isn't worth your time to try and sell. But you risk that it could be PMD. But I'm no expert so my opinion is none against theirs.

    I’m with paddy on this!! My first thought. Misaligned die. It may be the light but it does look like a little machine doubling I “ in god we trust”. Pretty circulated!
